Solid prints, website could be smoother
I decided to try Picanova for a Metal Print of a landscape photo. The print itself is really nice, great detail and the colors pop. Packaging was secure, no bends or scratches. What held it back a bit was the website navigation when trying to choose different sizes and finishes; it felt a little clunky at times. Customer service was fine when I had a question about resolution, they got back to me. For the price, it's a good product, just could use a small update to the user interface.
